１．海洋货物运输保险单

所保货物，如发生保险单项下可能引起索赔的损失或损坏，应立即通知本公司下述代理人
如有索赔，应向本公司提交保险单正本（本保险单共有一份正本）及有关文件。

be given to the company"s agent as mentioned hereunder. claims, if any, one of the original policy
which has been issued in one original together with the relevant documents shall be surrendered to
the company.

2.中保财产保险有限公司水路货物运输保险条款
保险标的范围
第一条 凡在国内江、河、湖泊和沿海经水路运输的货物均可为本保险之标的。
第二条 下列货物非经投保人与被保险人特别约定，并在保险单(凭证)上载明，不在保险标的范围以内：金银、珠宝、钻石、玉器、首饰、古币、古玩、古书、古画、邮票、艺术品、稀有金属等珍贵财物。
第三条 下列货物不在保险标的范围以内：蔬菜、水果、活性畜、禽鱼类和其他动物。
第四条 本保险分为基本险和综合险，保险人按保险单注明的承保险别分别承担保险责任。
保险责任
第五条 基本险
由于下列保险事故造成保险货物的损失和费用，保险人依照本条款约定负责赔偿：
(一)因火灾、爆炸、雷电、冰雹、暴风、暴雨、洪水、海啸、崖崩、突发性滑坡、泥石流；
(二)船舶发生碰撞、搁浅、触礁，桥梁码头坍塌；
(三)因以上两款所致船舶沉没失踪；
(四)在装货、卸货或转载时因意外事故造成的损失；
